| 2003 | Licensing & Compliance Acquired official licenses for Worker Dispatch Services and Fee-Charging Employment Placement Services. |
| 2008 | Internal Talent Development Successfully cultivated 5 in-house CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) holders, the highest level of Cisco certification. |
